The hotel had spacious, lovely, and clean rooms with a good size comfy bed, despite not being air-conditioned. It was very quiet, with no street or lift noise, offering a peaceful stay. The service was a mix of some rudeness during check-out time but overall friendly, fantastic, and helpful. The location was great, just outside the CBD but close to Chapel Street shops and restaurants, offering easy access to explore Melbourne. The facilities were practical and useful.
